One of the Non-Aligned worlds. It boast the typical Humans over sub-humans (Morphs) but has a characteristic use of the gene-tech factories expertise.
The Companion system, on their tenth birthday it is custom that every human child gets their own personal companion, a morph tuned to them specifically and given the purpose of "satisfying their needs" since these needs aren't always specific they are very often naturally intelligent and reasonable adaptable. Being personal they always answer to that specifik person first of all.
Culture: The custom of arranged marriage is still widely practiced on the planet of Celeste, of course this results in some personal problems, thus was given rise to the companion system. Arrange marriage is only possible with people who are not legally independant, which is at the age of 21.
